Mass exodus with CalCap CalCrap refusing to renew and raising rents ridiculously I have three empty apartments near me No one is staying Some are moving into the renovated units Cruel capitalism I have had 5 types of pest infections with new manageme Mass exodus with CalCap CalCrap refusing to renew and raising rents ridiculously I have three empty apartments near me No one is staying Some are moving into the renovated units Cruel capitalism I have had 5 types of pest infections with new management It was a deal before but now forget it They cant be bothered We had roaches falling from vents Its since they changed the boiler all types of infestations have been migrated Our maintenance is nice but elderly and has seeing issues Nice isnt the issue This apartment is now greedy and incompetent I would leave but I know if I break my lease even with their agreement they will find more ways to charge me Same old same old Itll take this companys own financial demise to teach them that people cant afford their 50 rent spike They did this to everyone after a few months I have moved here The tenants are sour and salty Dont expect to make friends or be treated like a human being more ... hide ...

Everything was great until the apartments got bought out by a new management company The new owners have not shown me or previous tenants how they are good for the apartments or for the renters The lack of maintenance afterwards was horrible and the Everything was great until the apartments got bought out by a new management company The new owners have not shown me or previous tenants how they are good for the apartments or for the renters The lack of maintenance afterwards was horrible and the office people were rude and frankly UnKnowledgeable about pretty much everything and they even lost record of my rent check I gave them and made me find proof that I paid them when THEY LOST MY MONEY All the apartments had horrible roach problems And they want to raise the rent so high that everyone is moving out Me and my husband definitely left and so glad we did I wonder were they are gonna get there money if they keep driving people out I still know people there and Ive heard nothing but bad things since we left They may be renovating but that doesnt change that they dont care about the people just the money more ... hide ...
