The photos on the website are a ruse. Poorly renovated, everything broke in the first week of inhabiting the place. Roaches and mice are present. There are 2-3 water shut-offs a month; when they occur, the office staff have gone home, leaving the tenants without water for hours and no help. The amenities have never been open or usable. Numerous maintenance requests were ignored. Reaching the management team is impossible, not even through email or voicemail. Lydia, an office worker, told me that they receive too many calls to respond to voicemails. I have never seen the office workers on the phone when I have visited the office. The complex is dangerous. Cars are frequently broken into, non-residents sleep near the pool overnight, and the gates are always defective.
