They're fabricating lies, claiming my apartment is dirty even though it's spotless - I clean and vacuum all the time, so it's immaculate. Until recently there weren't any issues with inspections, but now a new Puerto Rican maintenance man is targeting white people. There are mice running around and last summer I had bed bugs that necessitated replacing furniture which wasn't reimbursed by management. The owners have Nazi-like tendencies, often prying into tenants' private affairs and entering apartments without notice. Furthermore they're taking advantage of me due to my mental disability; there are also people smoking weed in the building resulting in a marijuana odor plus loud ghetto music from neighboring thugs. On top of that the entire complex smells like s***! Despite these false accusations of a dirty apartment on the 21st, I refuse to let them in because my apartment is clean - they just want to drive me out because of my race and sexual orientation. more ... hide ...

This residence is tolerable, yet someone seems to be hosting a gathering or similar activity in the hallway on my floor. I originally assumed that the noise was originating from the individuals living opposite me, however, it appears to be coming fro This residence is tolerable, yet someone seems to be hosting a gathering or similar activity in the hallway on my floor. I originally assumed that the noise was originating from the individuals living opposite me, however, it appears to be coming from down the other hallway which is very close to my door. Throughout the day, there are usually people congregating in the vicinity of my entrance, and I have tried speaking to the neighbors regarding this issue. But they would either offer a fake apology and keep the noise up a while later, not reply at all, pretend they don't understand English, or be outright impolite even after I had asked them politely to dim the volume. I am now prohibited from even inquiring the neighbors to lower the noise, since it supposedly puts me in the spotlight. I have to record the violations and inform them of it so that they can review the security footage. Thus, if you desire peace and serenity, please pick a place like Cedars of Chili or some other out-of-town apartment rather than this one. On the bright side, they are attempting to organize community events for tenants, which is a nice gesture. Nonetheless, as a proponent of tranquility, I find myself in need of looking for another apartment before I suffer from a nervous breakdown. more ... hide ...
