I was satisfied and gave the place a 4.5 star rating (although there wasn't much to do in terms of shopping or dining). Unfortunately I have had to reduce my rating to 3 stars. The apartment has recently been sold and while the new owners are still responding to work orders, they are having difficulty keeping the building safe since the old owners took the security staff with them. As a result, people have been intruding, including homeless and drug users. Hopefully once the new owners are established and the systems are up and running, this situation will improve. My one bedroom kitchen is a bit small but otherwise it's great. I still enjoy my time here; all the neighbors and staff are friendly. Nevertheless, my landlords need more support. As a side note, the only ISP available is Centurylink, and their customer service is terrible. We had a few power outages at the beginning of the year and it took them a full week to send someone to fix it. more ... hide ...

Ive been at this property for a little over 3 years Management hasnt been as good as it is now Maintenance Alvin has been very nice fast efficient best maintenance that Ive had since being here Would definitely recommend this place again

I have been inquiring to be a future resident at this place since January and honestly have had a terrible experience I was looking to rent a 2 bedroom unit and would move in with a current resident who would transfer to a 2 bedroom unit with me We t I have been inquiring to be a future resident at this place since January and honestly have had a terrible experience I was looking to rent a 2 bedroom unit and would move in with a current resident who would transfer to a 2 bedroom unit with me We tried to start this process back in January and we were told there were not any available units but we would be first on the list when something opened up After about a month we still had not heard anything from the front office manager Shawna about any available units We reached back out and found that they had some units coming up so my future roommate went down to figure out what was needed of us This was on a Thursday We were informed of the available units and told we needed to pay a 300 fee for the transfer of my roommate My future roommate emailed Shawna back on Friday after the office closed and asked if there was a 2 bedroom unit for us to tour On that Monday Shawna responded back to my future roommate and said that basically all the units have already been rented out so we would have to wait for another opening Even though we were told we would have first pick and there was NO mention of the 300 being a holding fee instead of a transfer fee we somehow lost out on the apartments within 3 days Shawna also said its unrealistic for you to think we would hold the units for you even though we had been told more than once that we had first pick This was also within the timeframe of a couple days so within 3 days all of the units had been rented even though the front office was closed for 2 of those 3 days Completely unprofessional We later received a call from Shawna at the front office and told that the units were still available and that she lied to us because the apartment was in the middle of ownership and they had to put a hold on renting out units Shawna and ReNue Downtown promised us something but instead of being truthful and saying they were holding off on renting out the available units she straight up lied to usnnEven though the 3 initial units were available again we have been trying to inquire with Shawna and the front office on what we needed to continue the transfer for my roommate and for me to continue the process for becoming a resident but we have just been ignored I have not gotten a call back from them and my roommate has not gotten any of his emails or phone calls answered either from either the front offie at ReNue or the regional manager LonnannThis has been such a terrible experience as a future resident You can tell this place does not care about its tenants both current and future Save your time and money and find literally anywhere else that will show you an ounce of respect We have now wasted months with trying to get a new unit with this place when we could have been looking elsewhere more ... hide ...
