Why is there no zero stars! Have had no electricity for 2 months! No hot water. There€™s roaches and bugs. I am in hell until my lease is up. Who do we complain to? Office people can care less!

I have lived here for more than 3 years. I Loved these apartments. When things are broken, the Maintenance crew are awesome guys, always friendly and fix thing timely. Only reason i didnt give a 5 stars is because the night time security truly are worthless, an individual in the main office does come off rude, and my car has been raided 4 times since living here. I moved here Oct 2021 and the staff at Sunpointe isfantastic! Especially Mario A. He is a great maintenance man. He knows his stuff and has always been willing to go the extra mile to get anything fixed that we may need. He also works hard on the pool and the area around it every week which makes it even better to live up front Ÿ€ Hes friendly and always says hi and asks how were doing. Even my dogs love him!! Oh, and a very special shout out to Ashley in the office. She is a phenomenal manager and also knows her stuff.
