Having been here almost two years now, I started off homeless when I first moved into these apartments. Those who allege they have bed bugs, roaches, etc. may be embellishing. I never witnessed any of those issues, and I shifted from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in a different area of the complex from where I was in the one bedroom. The women in the office are pleasant, and the maintenance staff are dependable. Sure, they can be busy at times and not be able to attend to you immediately, yet they still come through within the state law guidelines! Folks often don't show much patience (as I raise my hand), yet they do manage to get the job done. They do switch off the water when required. I personally have experienced this about four times, but that was due to a leak. I would rather have hot water than no water. People should be thankful for what they have. It's much better than sleeping in the car or on the pavement. There have been other issues with homeless people coming here, homore ...hide ...
Its OK here I guess the staff is really nice b but the kids here are really loud and can be very rude and I do see a lot of Roches and other bugs Its not really a big deal if youve dealt with it youre hole life I do recommend staying here tho
