Would not suggest living here unless you're okay with the landlord's lack of/poor communication. If there is a serious issue, they won't respond and allow it to persist. I had 10 "examinations" done in the initial couple of months yet they never returned to finish what was started. Maintenance showed up without notice and when something was wrong, all I got was a half-hearted apology and an assurance that it wouldn't happen again; however, it continually did. Even if neighbors break their lease in a manner which affects you negatively (even health-wise), they claim that enforcing it is too difficult so why have it in the agreement? Moreover, residents had to leave notes for management on their door so as to ensure it would be read by them. In 6 months we've gone through 3 property managers already! We also experienced issues with our fire alarms which weren't solved quickly; yet worse was how they dealt with this situation - on their "emergency line," they refused access for firefighters to make sure we were safe and didn't just have faulty alarms! Definitely don’t live here – I'm not confident at all in this company’s ability to keep tenants safe. more ... hide ...

When I was looking at artisan I was very back and forth because of the reviews They must of changed something because the management team were nothing but great to me I was guided a tour where my questions and concerns were definitely heard I enjoyed When I was looking at artisan I was very back and forth because of the reviews They must of changed something because the management team were nothing but great to me I was guided a tour where my questions and concerns were definitely heard I enjoyed the free wifi and the gym It was spacious and rent was reasonable Any problem I had they were quick to fix I genuinely enjoyed my lease with themnnNow that doesnt mean it was perfect there were some factors to take account of It is right off the highway it is LOUD and windy but in my opinion I loved the view There is surface parking which is occasionally a pain I didnt mind the boost of serotonin when I got the spot I wanted which was often enough more ... hide ...
