I lived here for almost three years From the day I moved in I noticed there are many mentally ill tenants here The walls in the apartments are extremely thin so you hear your neighbor039s food steps conversations arguments all noises you can think of I could even hear the noises coming from the 2nd floor from a mentally ill lady who almost destroyed her apartment threatening to hurt people and acting manicEven threw all her furniture outside her living room window
After living there for almost a year a male tenant verbally attacked me for giving an opinion on a subject while a group of us were conversating I filed a complaint with the leasing office and I was just told to avoid him if I ever saw him again They refused to help me and get involved
Whenever there were incidents involving a police visit the leasing manager would claim that the cameras were checked and deny the cameras captured any parts of the incident
When I was interviewed by the leasing agent I was told that there was a social worker on board to assist us with any health care issuesquestions andor assistance in completing applications When my time came to request the assistance of the social worker Jennifer it was very difficult to reach her and set up an appointment to meet as she would not return my phone calls Once I was able to meet with her to discuss an application for the utility039s company discount plan she immediately told me that I did not qualify without even reviewing my personal documentation So she easily got rid of me
If you039re disabled or very ill prepare to walk a very long distance in order to throw your garbage out NO VALET GARBAGE PICK UP AVAILABLE I inquired about placing a garbage room closer to some of the apartments that are the farthest the manager told me quotIt is what it isquot
If your family composition changes and you request a transfer to a larger apartment you might as well move as they would not move you So I moved out and it was the best thing I did for myself and my partnermore ...hide ...

My mother lived here for a little while before she became ill I could not say enough nice things about the Facility and Staff Apartment was adorable staff was always there to answer any questions and facility was clean and fresh Very safe place

I have lived here for almost a year with my husband and dog and have nothing but good things to say. The complex is quiet, safe, and well-lit with a beautiful pool to be used in the summer.
