Near various eateries, auto repair shops, Kroger, Family Dollar and the greenway. Approximately 15 minutes to Antioch and Smyrna.
Cons: Apartments are outdated; patio on the ground level is not enclosed, and the roof is only partially covered. Saw an upstairs tenant pour dirty water on their patio, which splashed the downstairs neighbor; no laundry area, but laundromats are within a 10-minute walk, and another is located on Murfreesboro Road; $200 fee to use the clubhouse, plus $250 refundable deposit (expected to be able to utilize the clubhouse with only the refundable deposit); leasing office, which provides access to bathrooms, is locked on the weekends, even though the pool is open; first photo is of the patio with no boundary. The remainder are pictures of the patio's ceiling.more ...hide ...

They keep this place fairly clean and have nice things going for the people. They need an electrician and plumber and a person who will clean the halls, as their person was gone for a while.
