Cons: Apartments are outdated; patio on the ground level is not enclosed, and the roof is only partially covered. Saw an upstairs tenant pour dirty water on their patio, which splashed the downstairs neighbor; no laundry area, but laundromats are within a 10-minute walk, and another is located on Murfreesboro Road; $200 fee to use the clubhouse, plus $250 refundable deposit (expected to be able to utilize the clubhouse with only the refundable deposit); leasing office, which provides access to bathrooms, is locked on the weekends, even though the pool is open; first photo is of the patio with no boundary.
