Saw an upstairs tenant pour dirty water on their patio, which splashed the downstairs neighbor; no laundry area, but laundromats are within a 10-minute walk, and another is located on Murfreesboro Road; $200 fee to use the clubhouse, plus $250 refundable deposit (expected to be able to utilize the clubhouse with only the refundable deposit); leasing office, which provides access to bathrooms, is locked on the weekends, even though the pool is open; first photo is of the patio with no boundary. Its neat seeing everyone waving at each other whether it be other people that live here or even the amazing staff. I had a window issue and it was fixed it no time.
