If you need to save money this is the place but you definitely will get what you pay for The staff changed when I first moved in I didnt realize the complex qualified for section 8 until after I signed my lease Some of the neighbors are nice and most If you need to save money this is the place but you definitely will get what you pay for The staff changed when I first moved in I didnt realize the complex qualified for section 8 until after I signed my lease Some of the neighbors are nice and mostly keep to themselves Some neighbors are disturbing I did see unsupervised children out and they are careless about other peoples property I had 3 cars broken into on different occasions Management says they have security but you never see them unless they are putting a violation sticker and you dont see security then Maintenance tries to keep the area clean but who would want to keep cleaning EVERY SINGLE DAY There isnt a big maintenance staff only 2 as far as I knownnAt the end of the day its ok if you want to save some money to live here but you wont have much peace more ... hide ...

Living in the Ghetto for the last three years has been a real eye-opener. What used to be a beautiful community has rapidly declined. It's no longer a safe place to live, as evidenced by an incident where a pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoin Living in the Ghetto for the last three years has been a real eye-opener. What used to be a beautiful community has rapidly declined. It's no longer a safe place to live, as evidenced by an incident where a pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint. Even simple activities such as ordering pizza are now a risk. The area has also become far less clean, with people loitering in the breezeways, in front of doors, and on steps. The children living in the area are extremely unruly, often urinating outside, littering, and vandalizing vehicles. The parents of these children are also in need of discipline. The complex has a habit of frequently changing staff, and the current manager, Nina West, has a nasty attitude and never smiles. I'm currently in the process of finding a house, as I've had enough of apartment living and this one in particular. If you're ever in the area, it's best to speed past and not look back; you'll be thankful later. more ... hide ...
