It's unclear why they haven't publicized this information. The buildings and the appliances in the apartments are outdated. The flooring and carpets are inexpensive but still presentable. Maintenance staff has always been prompt in addressing any issues I've had, so I'd give them a 5/5 in that respect. The rent keeps increasing, but there have been no upgrades to the apartments, so that takes away from their score. In addition, my two-bedroom apartment requires you to go through the first bedroom to get to the second, so I can't give it any higher than a 3/5. Even so, I'd still suggest this place to anyone looking for a two-bedroom on a budget.
