The maintenance is horrible There a creek full of trash behind some of the buildings and they wont come and fix broken appliances The pool is almost never open and last winter the water in the pool was nearly black

They dont fix anythingbeen here for 9 months and still havent gotten everything fixed I probably have 12 maintenance requests put in with in the first month and they only fixed 2 things plus fire alarms are outdated
