I have resided in this area for almost 9 years now. At first, it was tranquil and pleasant. Kathy was the manager then and she ensured that matters were taken care of. Unfortunately, she passed away and there is now a different administration. Since I have resided in this area for almost 9 years now. At first, it was tranquil and pleasant. Since then, I have observed that the property is not being kept like before. The exterior of the buildings need to be cleaned, as they have mould or dust. The flats require considerable renovation, the images on the web are very deceiving, but with the cost we pay, one can't anticipate much. It is difficult to get in touch with the office and if you have a repair request, you may have to wait for weeks before they reply. That was not the case before; as it was almost instantaneously that the issue was solved. The most significant issue for me is that the quiet neighbourhood is evolving. I hear noises outside that I didn't use to hear. Several dubious individuals are relocating and transforming the apartment complex. Some neighbours have informed me that there are drug dealers and even a sex worker practising here. Although, I do think we have numerous decent neighbours here, if we keep quiet and fail to report what is happening, our tranquil and placid area will continue to deteriorate. I wished to amend my assessment. I included one more star because it appears they are trying to repair the place. I saw they are taking down the old canopies, which appears much better. I reported my water heater going out along with it leaking into my apartment on March 31st I have followed up with them several times and it still has not been replaced as of 5PM on April 4th

Quiet place Not much happens here Easy access to Briley Pkwy Located in a nice neighborhood Very reasonably priced Never had to call maintenance in the 6 months Ive lived here knock on wood Wish I had more area outside But that is the townhouse life

I live in a \"remodeled\" unit, which means random planks of wood nailed in gaps in the counter and painted brown, loose outlet plugs, and them having decided to tear out all of the phone lines. There was a weird rule about candles because they were a fire hazard (but loose outlet sockets are totally safe, amiright?). My sink, which was dripping from the faucet, now sounds like an inebriated man relieving himself after one hell of a week of drinking. Its a scalding hot stream of water, which was seen as \"not important right now\". I have a burner out in a 17 year old stove. There are roaches crawling out of holes in the walls, and theres some form of creature living in the roof. Woohoo, second floor unit. Oh, and the laundry facility was out for nine months due to a gas leak. We dont have washer/dryer hookups here. The dumpster gets so disgusting that the waste disposal company sometimes refuses to clear it out until someone comes out and takes care of things. And, we had a lovely shooting back in December. It happened right behind my unit. What seemed to occur was a huge group of people were acting loud and obnoxious and fighting about something. I heard a sound that sounded like a gunshot, but honestly, thats so common here, you just kind of shrug it off. Too bad our \"security officer\" is probably too busy smoking pot with my neighbor to break up crowds like that before things escalate. Whew, is there anything Im missing?? Oh, yeah. If the management strikes you as rude and unprofessional, its because they are. Theyll roll their eyes at you as you enter as though they are in fact 14 year old girls as opposed to women in their 50+s, glaring as they demand to know how you date to intrude on their peaceful day of sitting in the office loudly discussing how much they \"hate this f$@&ing place\". I mean, if you need any help deciding whether to live here or do whatever you can to gtfo, that attitude there should tell you all you need to know. All in all, a truly WONDERFUL place to live.
