This apartment complex was in an ideal location and was in pristine condition. The layout was great and there was plenty of storage space. The layout was great and there was plenty of storage space. Nevertheless, dealing with property management was a terrible, perplexing, and exasperating experience. The paperwork for applying was very extensive. Regulations and expectations were often altered and the basics of communal living were not enforced. We encountered problems with other tenants and their pets, but the property managers provided us with hardly any assistance. The onsite managers changed three times in less than a year and the regional manager was discourteous, took criticism personally, and meddled more than necessary. Some of the neighbors were congenial, yet many tenants were negligent in monitoring their kids and animals, did not pick up after themselves, and were not mindful of others in a supposed "community" atmosphere. Even though the onsite manager praised the state of the property when we checked out, they kept the majority of our deposit. When I questioned this, I was told it was determined by the regional office and was not given a written reason for the deductions. I went in to find out home much a 3 bed apartment would be and a lady named pam I think helped me and was very kind and helpful
