the maintenance staff and office staff here go above and beyond theyre extremely helpful the location is a 1010 and the apartments are beautiful and clean

I have been living in Coralain Gardens since 2017 and only good things I can say about the community and management. Sol (the Manager) is always on point keeping the community clean and organized and the response during I have been living in Coralain Gardens since 2017 and only good things I can say about the community and management. Sol (the Manager) is always on point keeping the community clean and organized and the response during this pandemic was excellent. Living in a nice environment is very important , even more when you have kids. You can see the maintenance guys are always cleaning and keeping the place nice and neat. this past days of snow you could see them constantly cleaning the side walks and Sol making sure everything was working properly during the freezing days. I live in this property for 2 years, and the first year everything has been fine, but now in the second year it has been different. There are a lot of problems with the parking lots, there arent enough, and also if you have motorcycles you cant park during the day, or if you have visitors who have motorcycles they cant park during the day because then they put a no parking sticker on you. It is uncomfortable for you and your visitors, and I put several notifications in the office and they ignore them. and there is no sign or something to know if you can park or not. Really, if you have a variety of cars, I do not recommend you to live here.more ...hide ...
