I have been living in Coralain Gardens since 2017 and only good things I can say about the community and management. Sol (the Manager) is always on point keeping the community clean and organized and the response during I have been living in Coralain Gardens since 2017 and only good things I can say about the community and management. Sol (the Manager) is always on point keeping the community clean and organized and the response during this pandemic was excellent. Living in a nice environment is very important , even more when you have kids. You can see the maintenance guys are always cleaning and keeping the place nice and neat. this past days of snow you could see them constantly cleaning the side walks and Sol making sure everything was working properly during the freezing days. The maintenance worker Richard was amazing! I had an issue with my AC and he was able to resolve the issue that same day when it was hot outside.
