I pulled in to complex to turn around and was immediately stared down by an older african american man on a golf cart as if i didnt belong i called there office to complain this incident and one lady told me the manager wasnt in i could leave a voice I pulled in to complex to turn around and was immediately stared down by an older african american man on a golf cart as if i didnt belong i called there office to complain this incident and one lady told me the manager wasnt in i could leave a voicemail and to call back and she would let it go to to voicemail so i called back and another lady answered she said she was a different person and told me there was no voicemail and no manager was there when got mad at her she put me on speaker where another lady spoke saying she was the assistant manager to the office and was complaining about me getting mad I dont know whats wrong with this office but there maintenance staff are not welcoming and for the office honesty and the ability to handle complaints are not there strongpoints more ... hide ...

Whenever you explain the situation to her, she will ask questions like, "What do you mean?" or "Where is the issue coming from?" It's as if she is always angry in her position. If she doesn't like her job, then she should find another one. Previous management was very kind. We hope the current manager can fix her attitude or be removed from her role.
