It would be a terrible mistake to visit this establishment. My friend and I stopped by to check out their one-bedrooms on the weekend and were met with outright rudeness and discrimination from the leasing agent. We asked to take a tour, and she said the other leasing agent had just left, even though there was a sign up saying they were on break. We then caught her in the lie when she said she and the other agent had already given four tours that day. Instead of showing us the one-bedrooms, she pulled out a list of prices and started to go through them, as if we couldn't have seen them online. She then proceeded to rudely ask my friend their income, and said they would be denied anyway. This was an obvious case of judging us by our appearance, as the rent at the Gramax is much lower than our current residence. I would never give an establishment run by such openly racist people my money, ever. If I could, I would give them zero stars. more ... hide ...
