No tenants at this apartment complex are pleased with the recent alterations. If you don't mind being closely monitored, then this might be the place for you; however, the amount demanded for rent is outrageous for the lack of liberty provided. The most recent change was that the locks on the storage rooms have been replaced, meaning occupants cannot access them unless they are in the office during business hours and have a key. This is difficult for those who have a 9-5 job, as the office is closed when they come home. The noise from the ancient plywood floors is unbearable. The management does not take the tenants' needs into consideration, otherwise they would be advocating for their rights, as they are the ones paying to remain here. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up in July- avoid this place if you want freedom. If you are relying on assistance, search elsewhere- this building should not be standing. I have lived here for four years- too bad Mr. Alex is not here anymore, as he always advocated for the tenants.more ...hide ...

I havent been totally happy but its home. Transition from old building to new is stressful and rugged. Needs time to iron out the bugs as in any program.

I loved that dog, hated this place though. Have only been back once, and it was worse than I remembered. Neighbors, if you can call them that, would always pee at the bottom of the stairs. Place smelled like a sewer 24/7. Hope its gotten better with age.more ...hide ...
