The most recent change was that the locks on the storage rooms have been replaced, meaning occupants cannot access them unless they are in the office during business hours and have a key. This is difficult for those who have a 9-5 job, as the office is closed when they come home. The noise from the ancient plywood floors is unbearable. The management does not take the tenants' needs into consideration, otherwise they would be advocating for their rights, as they are the ones paying to remain here. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up in July- avoid this place if you want freedom. If you are relying on assistance, search elsewhere- this building should not be standing.
