This one the most worst apartment complex I lived in maintenance never come fix nothing you request they enter your unit with no permission at all front office very unprofessional I dont recommend this complex to the homeless

I have been living in this community for almost a year and it has been wonderful This is one of the best priced apartment complexes in Woodbridge and the location is superb I was immediately welcomed my Mrs Elizabeth who really helped me with the ent I have been living in this community for almost a year and it has been wonderful This is one of the best priced apartment complexes in Woodbridge and the location is superb I was immediately welcomed my Mrs Elizabeth who really helped me with the entire leasing process I had over paid on my initial deposit and she immediately helped me with the math and refunded my money None of the other rental offices I have dealt with in the past have been so helpful and responsive The maintenance man is ALWAYS running about and working so hard to keep the grounds and residents happy He is seriously amazing I rarely ever hear my upstairs neighbors unless something heavy is dropped There are some noise issues from the Parkway but nothing a fan or a tv cant drown out These apartments are very clean and they do their best to keep pests out The office does a great job of communicating events and maintenance visits They also offer recycling After choosing to live on my own I am so glad I chose the Crossings at Summerland more ... hide ...
