I have been inhabiting Bayue for the past 5 years, and they have not replaced the carpet or painted the walls yet. Whenever I call for maintenance, it takes them a while to come out. Last year, the Fire Marshall notified the office that the balcony was not safe to use. Since then, they have promised to repair it, but up to now, it still remains unfinished. They keep sending me letters saying that they will fix it, but they do nothing. Every time I ask for maintenance, they tell me what the result will be, only for it to be different when I call back to follow up. I am upset and frustrated by having to deal with the staff. They do not respect our right to live in a secure and clean environment. I would advise against looking for a place to stay here, as you will not be treated properly and will be charged unnecessarily.more ...hide ...

The pest control guy does nothing; he's in and out in five minutes! Parking is horrible and people leave garbage in the buildings. Kids are playing in the street and vandalizing the building. The YES utility billing is an additional $125. So, you have to pay rent, electricity, water, sewage and gas. I cannot wait until the lease is up because I cannot afford it. My rent is $1544 plus extra utilities, so I'm paying $1700. Bayvue is not worth even $1000. I will not be renewing my lease. I do not feel safe in my home, and it is emotionally draining. Update: the pool is not opening on schedule.... this is ridiculous. We pay so much money and nothing works. Update: the pool still has not opened on July 29th and will not open this summer.more ...hide ...

We've been living in this place for over five years with no issues regarding the management team when it comes to maintenance. However, that all changed when a new manager started working here a few months ago. However, that all changed when a new manager started working here a few months ago. She is very impolite when responding to our complaints when we call. We try to be respectful and calm when talking to her, but she will still come back with tart replies. For example, a letter wasn't sent to the residents informing them of the new online system for maintenance requests, which is why people keep calling the office. Whenever you explain the situation to her, she will ask questions like, "What do you mean?" or "Where is the issue coming from?" It's as if she is always angry in her position. If she doesn't like her job, then she should find another one. Previous management was very kind. We hope the current manager can fix her attitude or be removed from her role. We are very unsatisfied with her behavior and will be talking to higher authorities about our concerns, as many reviews have also mentioned the same problem with the new manager.more ...hide ...
