All the positive comments about the staff being friendly are true, but that doesn't excuse the reality that if your unit faces Route 1, you won't be able to rest. During the 8 months I've been living here, I've only been able to sleep in my bedroom about 10 times due to the loud noise from passing cars that continues until 4 AM. I only get one hour of unbroken sleep since cars start driving again at 5 AM. To add to that, there is a drain pipe just under my window, so when it rains, I hear loud thumping sounds. Because of this, I've been sleeping on my couch, which is not ideal since I'm spending so much money on rent. Because of that, I have developed neck and shoulder pain and had to go to physical therapy and a mental health therapist, both of which have cost me thousands of dollars, which I'm thankful I could manage. All the leasing office could offer me was blackout curtains, FOR A NOISE COMPLAINT. The resident upstairs is always so noisy, stomping around. I can't wait to move away from this property so I can have some peace of mind at night! more ... hide ...

My family recently relocated here. It can be confusing to figure out the address when using a ride-share, but the leasing office is next to the parking garage and not on the street. The hallways need to be dusted, and some of the doors on the apartments need to be painted. The units are roomy and nice, but there is no linen closet in a two-bedroom. The whole community appears to be peaceful, but there may be an annoying dog barking all night that lives nearby. In general, it is a tidy and suitable place to rent or lease. more ... hide ...
