I had applied to these apartments years ago, but there were no vacancies at the time. I tried again, and I was successful! I am grateful for Ms. Cassandra's hard work. She was very patient and cooperative with me. It was a great experience, the best I've had with a potential landlord in a long time. She showed me great respect and courtesy, and I am very thankful for that. Whenever I called, she either answered directly or returned my call promptly with answers to my queries. She was very kind, genuine, and punctual; it is rare to find someone like that nowadays, so it was truly a breath of fresh air. The complex is really nice - it is quiet and tucked away, and there are not many units to maintain, which is great for me as I might need maintenance in the future. It is close to a school and to the highway, and it looks neat and well-kept. There is no trash or mess to be seen. The office looks clean and well-organized, especially Ms. Cassandra's office. I want to thank her again for all her help. We did it! I am now a proud resident of Pleasant View.more ...hide ...

To be honest, I am to blame for living here. I should have followed my instincts and looked into the reviews of this location. The only thing this place can be relied upon for is a LIE. Before someone says, "Have you gonTo be honest, I am to blame for living here. I should have followed my instincts and looked into the reviews of this location. The only thing this place can be relied upon for is a LIE. Before someone says, "Have you gone to the office?" Yes, I have. I have taken every step this location has asked me to take, and still nothing. Things this location says they have, but don't actually have include: 24-Hour emergency maintenance (which can take weeks to fix an issue), a controlled access/gated fence (which has never worked, always open), an outdoor swimming pool (which hasn't been functional for 3 years, ask anybody else), an indoor swimming pool (which they don't even have), a soccer field, central A/C and heat, "spacious floor plans," and a non-smoking community (which they don't even attempt to enforce). This place is the worst place to live. I lived in much better conditions in college than here, and paid less. The only decent thing I can say about this location is that there is a $0 deposit fee. I have been very patient with this place, and would easily forgive them, but they never even apologize. I have been staying here for half a month without air conditioning in the middle of June....take that advice as you will.more ...hide ...
