She was very patient and cooperative with me. It was a great experience, the best I've had with a potential landlord in a long time. She showed me great respect and courtesy, and I am very thankful for that. Whenever I called, she either answered directly or returned my call promptly with answers to my queries. She was very kind, genuine, and punctual; it is rare to find someone like that nowadays, so it was truly a breath of fresh air. The complex is really nice - it is quiet and tucked away, and there are not many units to maintain, which is great for me as I might need maintenance in the future. It is close to a school and to the highway, and it looks neat and well-kept. There is no trash or mess to be seen. The office looks clean and well-organized, especially Ms. Cassandra's office.
