I tried again, and I was successful! I am grateful for Ms. Cassandra's hard work. She was very kind, genuine, and punctual; it is rare to find someone like that nowadays, so it was truly a breath of fresh air. The complex is really nice - it is quiet and tucked away, and there are not many units to maintain, which is great for me as I might need maintenance in the future. It is close to a school and to the highway, and it looks neat and well-kept. There is no trash or mess to be seen. The office looks clean and well-organized, especially Ms. Cassandra's office. Things this location says they have, but don't actually have include: 24-Hour emergency maintenance (which can take weeks to fix an issue), a controlled access/gated fence (which has never worked, always open), an outdoor swimming pool (which hasn't been functional for 3 years, ask anybody else), an indoor swimming pool (which they don't even have), a soccer field, central A/C and heat, "spacious floor plans," and a non-smoking community (which they don't even attempt to enforce). This place is the worst place to live. I lived in much better conditions in college than here, and paid less. The only decent thing I can say about this location is that there is a $0 deposit fee. I have been very patient with this place, and would easily forgive them, but they never even apologize.
