The bad reviews were from covid but everything has been reopened again. The gym is nice and pool is nice. My concern is potential rent increases in the future. The new management is doing good things here. Maintenance is on top of their game here and have fixed things immediately. Its safe here as well. This is one of the nicest apartment complexes here for folks that make a little bit more money. You have to make 3x the rental amount per month.
