Quiet place for the most part, not the best neighborhood, however. There are cameras here to monitor who comes in and out as well as police enforcement that stays here round the clock. They do have an infestation problem with some of the units as my old neighbors left me to deal with their roaches which are a ridiculously large size. Ive asked constantly for them to exterminate, and it really does nothing when they do. This place is cheaply made and some of their prices are unreasonable for maintenance to fix such simple things in the unit.The site manager is a bit snobbish and rude, unapproachable at times. They, also do not accept rent payments on our property site. You will only pay when you move in, after that you will have to either pay online, which, I believe, charges you a $35 processing fee or send in your check or money order to the parent company, United Management II located in Fayetteville, NC. Not a huge fee but certainly an inconvenience when its just easier to pay at your home site to cut money order and postage fees a month.They claim to help you with payment arrangements if you fall behind on rent but they honestly just proceed with the eviction process. They will still summon you to court, give you 10 days to pay and thats it. They give out a piece of paper that days to discuss any financial issues with the site manager to set up up a payment plan and the site manager will just tell you that the parent company has control of the situation. Site managers are literally paid to babysit the property, they dont take payments, they dont do too much of anything that makes sense. I was in a position of being unemployed after losing my job, even when I had a job, I had to pay my rent every time I got paid due to having other bills, I would still get notices for court and have to pay hundreds of dollars in fees which made it even harder to pay my rent being a single mom working with one income.Its not the best, dont necessarily think its the worst but they can definitely do better.
