Moved in two months ago The unit was barely refurbished from the previous tenants at move in broken door handle bathtub spigot hanging dryer vent not attached to the wall stains on the carpet The rates are okay considering the location and the buildi Moved in two months ago The unit was barely refurbished from the previous tenants at move in broken door handle bathtub spigot hanging dryer vent not attached to the wall stains on the carpet The rates are okay considering the location and the building is fairly new so youd think itd be nice The problems are beyond anyones control at this point though I believe the majority of the units are section 8 and the facility is very dirty and generally uncared for It always smells like marijuana and cigarette smoke so I had provide my own air purifiers in both my bathroom and bedroom in order to try and beat the smell Ive emailed staff about the smoking policy but nothing changes Its not in their control at the end of the day but I feel as if these problems will continue as long as the low income properties continue to outnumber the market rate ones It is extremely loud here and the police are on location at least twice a week Its so sad considering how nice this place could be Its embarrassing to have guests over too Unfortunately I signed a year lease here and it is very expensive to breaknneditnnEnded up breaking my lease due to medical condition that derived from smoking allergy caused by diamond place The total cost ended up being almost 3000 and they were unable to work with me besides offering monthly payments of 393 for 6 months after I paid the first half out of pocket For an issue that was relatively out of my control youd think management would be more willing to try and work with someone they caused health issues to Interestingly enough the prior residents in my unit 408 have also left bad reviews for the property too Im wondering if there are suspect neighbors near that unit causing these issues Who knowsnnedit 2nI paid the full termination costs to find out 2 months of my payments are missing in their system and I have since been sent to collections Please for the love of all things stay AWAY from this place more ... hide ...

Its ok if youre looking for a affordable nicer looking apartment If you have loud upstairs neighbors it might not be the best but then again its affordable the location to groceries and food are great The train can come buy sometimes and that can get Its ok if youre looking for a affordable nicer looking apartment If you have loud upstairs neighbors it might not be the best but then again its affordable the location to groceries and food are great The train can come buy sometimes and that can get on the louder side at least from where my apartment is My biggest problem or I should say disappointment came from the staff they were talkative but when covid hit they only except calls Well in order to get ANY of your packages you have to call the from office And Ill admit that Im a little bias to this because I work 3rd shift but I can never seem to get hold of them first call Its frustrating because Im only up for a certain amount of time in the hours that theyre open So Id wish staff were more at least helpful with packages more ... hide ...
