The building itself is quite nice; however, the management team is not. They do not care about your life or how hard you work. Having been the sole maintenance worker at this property, I was left with an immense amount of stress due to a manager who The building itself is quite nice; however, the management team is not. They do not care about your life or how hard you work. Having been the sole maintenance worker at this property, I was left with an immense amount of stress due to a manager who lacked the experience to properly manage the property and lacked the humility required to do so. I have devoted years of my life to this building, and yet I was still mistreated and abused by the company and management. Despite meeting or surpassing expectations, and doing an excellent job, the management team was never present to witness any accomplishments, improvements, or materials needed for the property. My mother, who was one of the residents at the property (R.I.P), asked if we could get a contractor to paint the unit due to emotional reasons, but guess who ended up doing it? Even after asking for help for years, all we got was part-time office help, in addition to a part-time maintenance man. Taking care of a 88-unit building was a challenge, but I was able to manage it. My overall experience with this company and the building management has been that they will not listen to your concerns, even if you have evidence to prove your innocence. more ... hide ...
