Dont bother applying if you are even remotely close to the income cap My girlfriend and I simply do not make enough to be over the cap but based on the way they calculate it we are apparently We had to jump through a lot of hoops printing out filling Dont bother applying if you are even remotely close to the income cap My girlfriend and I simply do not make enough to be over the cap but based on the way they calculate it we are apparently We had to jump through a lot of hoops printing out filling out and getting our work to fill out various forms in order to apply This process took a couple of weeks of emailing back and forth calling and driving to the office to drop off said paper work We didnt hear anything back for a few days so I called them and left a message and never received a call back I had an email the next say saying we were rejected based off of our income no details no anything just that The office workers are nice and helpful but to fully anticipate moving and thinking youre approved just to turn around and get rejected it has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth So good luck to anyone else applying for an apartment here more ... hide ...

I love it here I moved in a year ago Everything was freshly painted scrubbedshampooed Like new The staff is great If maintenance is needed they come that day Its a great little neighborhood and I plan on staying
