Some tips on living here:*Dont leave your car unlocked*Theres a weird dude that walks next to my back door and creeps in on my kids, he doesnt like it when I creep back, really upsets him.*Dont pay with a check, theyll c ash it whenever they want to, and if it bounces because they took their sweet time doing so, you now get LATE FEES(and the check bouncing fee) on top of it. This is income based housing, if I had the money to pay you 50 more dollars for a mistake you made, I wouldnt here.*If you magically get a piece of paper on your doorstep, vaguely saying construction workers are coming to the area, drop everything youre doing and move all thing away from anywhere the workers will be(even though you dont know where that is, exactly, just guess, youll probably still get a rude voicemail on return)*Drive slow, a majority of your neighbors are going to attempt a car crash in the parking lot*Drive slow, the other half are attempting to get insurance claims and get hit in the parking lot*Dont go play at the park, or youll become the babysitter for the neighborhood kids.Such a wonderful little area to live. The staff is supportive but follow the rules. This place was a true dump before Lockwood took over--I was disgusted at the apartment I was shown. That isnt family--that is laziness and terrible management. Luckily I c ame back--the place is clean, new and safe. The water is hot, the roads are plowed, and the staff do go out of their way to help--and I needed help. I understand they have to be rigid--look at the way the place was run previously! The dirt, the damage, no maint, no turnover. Look at it now. Ill go with strict and following the rules. more ... hide ...

I really love living here! The staff is very friendly. But, more importantly, they care deeply about the residents comfort and safety. They strive to make this a community, rather than just a place to live. The groun ds are beautifully kept and landscaped by professionals, and there are plenty of areas where anyone can working on gardens, as well. They even added elevated vegetable and flower gardens to help those who need to avoid bending! Theres a dog run for tiny dogs and doggie doo stands with bags ready for use. And there is so much more!
