On the outside looks very nice When you look closer you can tell that everything was built in such a hurry Different things are sloppy or havent been tested prior to opening The biggest issue is the rent For right around 1000 a month you get a very t On the outside looks very nice When you look closer you can tell that everything was built in such a hurry Different things are sloppy or havent been tested prior to opening The biggest issue is the rent For right around 1000 a month you get a very tiny micro apartment If the apartments were slightly bigger or didnt cost as much as they do it would be worth it Laundry facilities are on site but cost around 500 for each load When they first opened they were going into everyones apartment to check on the failing acheating systems which shouldve been tested prior to opening The elevator went a couple weeks with its certification being out of date Dont let the description mislead you This is only a good place to live if you make quite a decent amount of money and if you dont mind micro living more ... hide ...

They claimed my brother was never on the lease but he was and has been on the lease. We ended up finding out they were kicking out all the people who were on Section 8, and anyone who was disabled. Sadly we lost our place because my mom is in a wheelchair and was on Section 8. Do NOT claim you are still a Section 8 apartment if youre just going to constantly change management very month.
