I use to live there for almost 12 years until they kicked my family and I out late notice They claimed my brother was never on the lease but he was and has been on the lease We signed all the paper work they claimed they needed us to sign for him to I use to live there for almost 12 years until they kicked my family and I out late notice They claimed my brother was never on the lease but he was and has been on the lease We signed all the paper work they claimed they needed us to sign for him to be on the lease again and we were always right on time with rent yet we still lost our apartment We ended up finding out they were kicking out all the people who were on Section 8 and anyone who was disabled Sadly we lost our place because my mom is in a wheelchair and was on Section 8 Do NOT claim you are still a Section 8 apartment if youre just going to constantly change management very month I will NEVER recommend anyone to live here especially with the fact that they were always under new management 247 for who knows why more ... hide ...

When you look closer, you can tell that everything was built in such a hurry. Different things are sloppy or havent been tested prior to opening. The biggest issue is the rent. When they first opened, they were going into everyones apartment to check on the failing ac/heating systems which shouldve been tested prior to opening. The elevator went a couple weeks with its certification being out of date. Dont let the description mislead you.
