The pool hasn't been maintained for three to four years and it takes ages to fix any leaks or flooding. Furthermore, they don't inform tenants if the flooding is due to a broken pipe between the floors, and it's up to the neighbor to take care of the issue after many weeks. In the winter months, they switched from pet-safe salt to a non-pet-safe variety, so the two dogs - one weighing sixty pounds and the other twelve - had to be picked up for their twice-daily walks to protect their paws from burning. The security also doesn't work, leading to frequent mischief at night, ranging from stolen items from cars to people asking for rides and taking pictures. All things considered, one should not plan to stay here longer than a year if possible. Additionally, the front door does not close properly, though the maintenance staff are friendly and try their best.more ...hide ...

Ariel is so caring and helpful and the maintenance man is quick and efficient also very nice.... there are however a couple of downsides. First, the parking lot in the back is in desperate need of security cameras my car has been broken into twice in the 2 years Ive lived here and Ive seen multiple other cars damaged or otherwise tampered with in the parking lot. Also, water pipes are often bursting, leaking, or clogging up (but honestly thats to be expected in a building as old as this one is.) Theyve come a long way and Ive loved living here for the most part these last two years. :)more ...hide ...
