Furthermore, they don't inform tenants if the flooding is due to a broken pipe between the floors, and it's up to the neighbor to take care of the issue after many weeks. In the winter months, they switched from pet-safe salt to a non-pet-safe variety, so the two dogs - one weighing sixty pounds and the other twelve - had to be picked up for their twice-daily walks to protect their paws from burning. The security also doesn't work, leading to frequent mischief at night, ranging from stolen items from cars to people asking for rides and taking pictures. All things considered, one should not plan to stay here longer than a year if possible. My experience with sienna place from the beginning was good. Staff seemed welcoming and helpful. I am a pretty clean person and I maintain things very well. When I moved out not only did they keep my $800 security deposit, and $500 in pet fees, they told me I STILL OWE THEM $910 because their carpet professional said my carpet needed a full replacement. The carpet was very well kept. No stains and no rips or tears. Apparently they do this to every tenant just to make some extra dough. Read the other reviews.
