Great place to live Friendly staff and they take care of maintenance requests quickly and efficiently Love the neighborhood and everything you need is close by Happy to call this place my home
I am so thankful and blessed to be able to call this remarkable community my home once more! The office staff Dana and Jenny are very amiable and always respond to all my queries. Furthermore, they are very prompt when replying to my emails! This is I am so thankful and blessed to be able to call this remarkable community my home once more! The office staff Dana and Jenny are very amiable and always respond to all my queries. Furthermore, they are very prompt when replying to my emails! This is something I rarely come across in any of the other apartment communities I have lived in, and this is just one of the many reasons why I am content to be back here and feel I can live here in a relaxed manner! The rates are unbeatable especially for the region they are situated in and they rarely go up compared to other places. The maintenance staff are also very prompt when attending to all my maintenance requests, which is a huge relief compared to other apartment maintenance crew who made me wait more than a month before they answered any of my requests, which was extremely discouraging and stressful. To sum up, there are not many communities I am familiar with that really go beyond the call of duty to take care of all their tenants and make the community seem and feel safe and well-maintained. It is no wonder that they are always on the wait list and it was worth the wait for me!more ...hide ...
