The maintenance staff are also very prompt when attending to all my maintenance requests, which is a huge relief compared to other apartment maintenance crew who made me wait more than a month before they answered any of my requests, which was extremely discouraging and stressful. To sum up, there are not many communities I am familiar with that really go beyond the call of duty to take care of all their tenants and make the community seem and feel safe and well-maintained.
