Had roaches since I moved here in October 2020 told management and my apartment was sprayed multiple times. Never got rid of them. Just got blessed with bed bugs last night. Iposted Pics below and they weren€™t even the worst bites just the only appropriate ones I could take pics of .Had to caulk my own apartment because the floorboards didn€™t even touch the wall. This was in a newly remodeled apartment too. Management is no help! They avoid any and all questions. Police here frequently. You will end up paying at least $300 more than what you think. They charge for the flyers they put up monthly (sometimes weekly). People are nice. They€™ll bond with you about how awful the apartment is.

I have been a tenant at Austin Park Apts for more than four years. It is in a quiet residential area, yet within walking distance of all the necessary shops. There are tall trees and well-maintained sidewalks on two sides of the property, and wildlife is plentiful. Birds, squirrels, rabbits, and even deer sometimes appear. Parking is sufficient, laundry services and garbage collection are dependable. The inhabitants are friendly and tend to renew their rental contracts annually. We have a great management team this year. Elise, the office manager, is professional, kind, and quickly responds to any issues that arise. She always follows up on phone calls and emails, and welcomes ideas from tenants. Our common areas are kept tidy, and David and John do an excellent job of upkeep. Most repairs are done by the end of the day, unless a part needs to be ordered. After a year and a half of the troubles and frustrations brought about by the pandemic, it's reassuring to know that your home is taken care of by people you can trust and depend on. Many thanks!

I have lived here for going on four years with my family (including children). Every time I have put in a maintenance request, it is handled quickly and respectfully. Whenever we have any updates or changes to the way things are handled, the office is fantastic about informing everyone in the community using text and email. They are quick to deal with any issues and have prioritized safety by having a security company that drives through the parking areas often and an annual check of smoke detectors and air filters.Our rent has only increased one time in the time we€™ve lived here, and it was a reasonable increase (nothing crazy like I have heard some places put into effect lately around here) and for our two-bedroom with a fireplace, mountain view, and balcony, it is incredibly reasonable for the area. The complex also has a pool, hot tub, dog area/park, children€™s park, many green areas, picnic tables, grilling areas, and several laundry facilities. My kids play outside regularly with neighbor kids and the complex is very family-friendly.I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here, to be honest. They have been amazing and understanding through any issues we have ever had (and through COVID) and have always worked hard to ensure that we are on the same page with everything. They€™re readily available via multiple communication means and are helpful, empathetic, kind, and responsive. I greatly appreciate the managers here, especially the Community Property Manager, Jessica, as she was above-and-beyond helpful and compassionate to us and is usually the person we communicate with from the office.If you are looking for a place to live in the Springs, I suggest you give Canyon Ranch a try. It has pretty much all the amenities of the more expensive places but at a more affordable price and is well-managed (which has been priceless to us!).

I would give zero stars if I could. The new owners of the apartment complex as well as management are terrible. The people in the office are extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady in the office told me they sent a 90 day notice to my email about renewing my lease that I never received, they stuck a paper on my door the next month saying I had 60 days to let them know if i was going to be renewing my lease, so pretty much that day since it was 60 days until my lease was going to end. I did not plan on renewing so I had sent an email stating that, the lady in the office told me I had to sign a paper which they would not leave on my door like everything else. I work and go to school and the office is not open on weekends, I have 45 mins to make it to the office before they close and before I leave for school and I had went on three different occasions and no one was there. I finally had a day to go in and sign it and the lady said they would be charging me till that day because I did not make it in sooner. I told her my situation and that no ones ever here, she tried to argue with me that she is always in office during hours. Such a scam, then she proceeds to say with an attitude that my apartment is probably not up to par with their standards and that its $160 flat cleaning fee. I also told them I would be moving before my lease ends verbally and to send the bill to my new address, so now they are trying to evict me when I dont even live there and had left all the keys with my name in the drop box. Also when I had moved in 2 years ago all the neighbors were quiet and respectful of other tenants. We had new neighbors move in above us that are absolutely horrible, they never cleaned up after their dogs. I had 10 piles of poop outside my windows as well as being noisy, slamming their front door constantly, dogs always barking and blasting music to the point my roof and windows would shake. I called the office 5 times for noise complaints and it was never resolved. I would not move into 3502 apt B. And lastly you will have zero privacy here and the office will \"randomly select\" apartments to be viewed without 24 hour notice. $1750 is not worth it, find somewhere else to rent!
