Our apartment is decently furnished and has an impressive view. However, we can't give it a five-star rating due to the serious problems with drugs, crime, and homeless people. My spouse encountered two individuals trying to snatch her catalytic converter from underneath her car. When she attempted to stop one of them, he drove over her and injured her when he made his escape. They are now putting locks on the buildings which should provide some help, but won't be able to keep people out of the property. Instead of attempting to solve these significant problems, the owner opted to renew a contract with the awful Midnight towing - a company that has a below-average rating because of their unpleasant attitude and PREDATORY practices. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to be towed by this company. I have yet to spot the security firm that was said to patrol the premises when we moved in. Instead, they are more concerned about cars with expired tags or parked in the wrong place. That should be the job of the police, not a towing company with criminal activities. This contract does more harm than good to the tenants. We urge the owner to rethink the contract. We would like to recognize the front office ladies and maintenance team for doing a great job.more ...hide ...

We had a wonderful lease for a year, and Jennifer and Micah are truly remarkable personnel - some of the most outstanding you could ever wish for. They strive to make the building as great as possible, though there are still roaches and upkeep could be enhanced. That seems to be the plight of apartments, due to the lack of funding from the corporate company. I understand. But after a year of being pleased with them and vice versa, the corporate organization, Dunmire, attempted to get an extra few hundred dollars from those living on minimal income. I was very unhappy, as I would have been more than willing to keep paying out over $1000 each month, however they demanded a rent increase of over 20% in a single lease. It was extremely disheartening, thus I was obligated to move in order to remain sheltered. If you are taking into consideration this residence because the building is satisfactory and the staff are caring, I am in agreement with you. Yet, you should be geared up for Dunmire to abruptly raise your rent by hundreds of dollars in a short period. It would have been a much more satisfactory predicament if the staff had more power. I am sorry that you all are run by a corporation that would rather lose a majority of their tenants so they can make some extra money.more ...hide ...
