This place was great in the begining besides the DIRTY UNIT upon move in We had more than 1 incident with this community Management is horrible and rude leasing agent is confused majority of the time he also wont put in work orderswhen he says he wil This place was great in the begining besides the DIRTY UNIT upon move in We had more than 1 incident with this community Management is horrible and rude leasing agent is confused majority of the time he also wont put in work orderswhen he says he will They will tow you to make a quick buck They towed my truck with the parking pass visible 350 laterand on Thanksgiving day Second time they towed my car they decided to turn my parking spot into a handicapped one and didnt notify me so therefore i got towed once again on their behalf Neighbors are give or take they expect you to not make noise during the day 1 maintenance guy stood out from the rest he was always truthful and very polite also mentioned the property likes to make quick bucks off tenants with normal wear and tear items that are very inexpensive to replace You can also feel a breeze come in through every window so your gas bill will be high in the winter Also Didnt receive notification when they repainted parking lots asked my neighbors to make sure i didnt bypass it but they mentioned they also didnt receive the notificationbut everyone in our building and surrounding ones did Went into the office to ask why we didnt receive one and they where being rude and asking why i needed it well i did tell them i need a notice because i still live there and pay rent Come to find out the notice mentioned if you didnt move your car in a certain time gap you would be towed therefore we felt discriminated and singled out Went in to ask for the notice 1more time and the property manager saidWHY IS HER CAR DAMAGED This is only a handful of things that we went through living here and these are some of the worst incidents also if you like horrible customer service being lied too and paying extra charges this is your place too go Im so glad i movednnTHEY ALSO STEAL AND BREAK INTO CARS HERE SOMEONE TRIED TO TAKE MY CHEVYnTHEY ALSO BREAK INTO RESIDENTIAL MAILBOXES more ... hide ...

I love it here For just me its amazing very spacious love having a balcony the office is nice and always helpful ryan is such the nicest guy Would definitely recommend this place
