By far the worst place I ever lived We were being told all the time that they had pictures of us breaking things The manager sells drugs to tenents that is not a speculation also her boyfriend the matince man has a felony for larceny Also only got s By far the worst place I ever lived We were being told all the time that they had pictures of us breaking things The manager sells drugs to tenents that is not a speculation also her boyfriend the matince man has a felony for larceny Also only got some of our secerty deposit back due to the fact we left a few stains on the carpet wich we had been told we would not be responsible for due to the fact it was old carpet If you have children old enough to go outside by them selves they can not there I was thrented to be evicted for that Also the manager called my house and came to my door being very rude a lot but yet the owner expected us to go to her if we had a problem I would advise if you have another choice on where to live do not pick this place And I see the owner responds with comeing from past tenats well yes because who wants to start more drama while they live there and also I wanted to try to get some of the deposit back even though I was told she had no problem giving back to me more ... hide ...

The proprietor, Cindy, is nothing more than a money-hungry person. Seriously, don't ever live there - save yourselves while you are able to! We are being charged for damages that we already paid for. This lady is risking taking us to court so that we will lose section 8, even though it has been way too long for them to properly take us to court. She is attempting to frighten us into giving her more money. She tried billing us for carpet when we stayed there for 4 years. Laughably, if you inhabit somewhere for two or more years, you are not responsible for damages to the carpet, and, by law, they must replace the carpet when someone moves out. The same goes for the gas bills - ours were just as outrageous. We had gas bills of 300 and 400 dollars each month, even in the summer. I think they are swindling people. They pay for their tanks to be filled with propane and then charge whatever they want from you. It is appalling! more ... hide ...
