I lived here since 2015. From the very beginning the property manager was very rude and confrontational. Never was nice! They need someone to professionally clean the washers and dryers or get new ones!Only good thing I can says is the superintendent(handyman) is the nicest person here. I have emailed the company multiple times and nothing has been done about it. They just said that my email has been forwarded to somebody else...great. Best way to battle this virus is to keep things clean and stay away from people. They have taken both of that away from us.This is by no means the only thing wrong with this place. But when an apartment complex is this bad THEN they take away what little you have, it gets pretty unbearable.The bedrooms here have a sliding glass door which leads to the patio area. The patio area leads directly to the neighbors bedroom with nothing in between. I can walk right over to my neighbors bedroom glass sliding door. These apartments are unsanitary to begin with. Roaches everywhere to the point that i had to seal up the base boards and gaps in the walls just to slow down the frequency that they would show up. In July i moved early for a new employment opportunity that relocated me from New Jersey. I was told that if i left the apartment clean and nothing was damaged, i would receive my security deposit in full. I was told two weeks over the phone that i would not receive the deposit back so i was lied to. The bathroom tub had a disgusting brown ring and after countless attempts to scrub it off it would not come out. the doorway to the apartment was always filthy and i was always the one that had to clean it.
