I love having my own apartment. Its big and decorated the way I want. Some people are very friendly others not so much. Im on the 3rd floor. With a beautiful nice view. Im happy here. Very affordable.

This place has gone down hill after the snow storm which I called this morning to the office to see when they were going to finish plowing and shovel the sidewalks..the manager was rude and talked over me ! The men that did work there were great ! They shoveled and plowed .now they all quit and they have young guys in there 20s working and they have no idea what they are doing! I have lived here for 4 years now they keep raising the rent and now NOTHING IS BEING DONE RIGHT AND THE MANAGER IS RUDE!! WHAT A DISGRACE!!! more ... hide ...

I can not wait to move out of here!! I lived here since 2015. From the very beginning the property manager was very rude and confrontational. Never was nice! Every time I would call the main office he was nasty and just hangs up on you. Never says bye! Like youre annoying him! The noise is another thing!! Awful!! If you have a newborn baby forget it! Dont come here! There is so much noise here during the day its unreal! The manager does the landscaping and blows dirt and debris all over your car! The laundry room is dirty. They need someone to professionally clean the washers and dryers or get new ones!Only good thing I can says is the superintendent(handyman) is the nicest person here. He works so hard and takes care of everything except the landscaping. Over all, I just can not wait to move out of here! more ... hide ...

During the pandemic they have closed down the laundry facilities. I believe this is only to protect themselves as it forces the rest of us to now go next door to the laundromat. This means the laundromat will have more p eople in it than it normally would have which can only make the virus travel faster. I have emailed the company multiple times and nothing has been done about it. They just said that my email has been forwarded to somebody else...great. Best way to battle this virus is to keep things clean and stay away from people. They have taken both of that away from us.This is by no means the only thing wrong with this place. But when an apartment complex is this bad THEN they take away what little you have, it gets pretty unbearable.The bedrooms here have a sliding glass door which leads to the patio area. The patio area leads directly to the neighbors bedroom with nothing in between. I can walk right over to my neighbors bedroom glass sliding door. Right now it is 1am and I keep hearing somebody running around on the balcony. This place is straight trash. It should be condemned. more ... hide ...
