The office lady Alicia is very kind and goes out of the way to help you. The maintenance people here work very hard and are very good about snow related issues and things you might need fixed. They operate same day most of the time which is light-years ahead of other places I have been. Ive lived there 1.5 years and really like it thus far.more ...hide ...

The complex is located in an ideal spot, just 10 minutes away from Bridgewater Mall, Trader Joe's, Target and various eateries, as well as a Whole Foods and Wegmans. For non-locals, Piscataway offers the ideal distance between Philadelphia and New York City. The complex borders a lovely park with a scenic walking path near the river and a kayak dock. The apartments are comfortable, each having a large walk-in closet and a balcony or a deck. The only downside is the high electric bills during the winter, as the units use electricity as their primary power source. The rent is very reasonable considering all of the perks. Barbara has been simply amazing! She is on hand for both repairs and communication regarding the complex. We have no desire to relocate, so our next step will be to buy a home, unless Barbara wants us to stay forever! :)more ...hide ...

Some issues Ive experienced:Parking can be a nightmare during certain times, especially after like 8pm.Laundry rooms are dirty and old. Wish someone would renovate or clean them up.Careful of bugs like spiders coming into your apartment. There were a lot of small cracks that I had to plug up to reduce insects coming in.Neighbors. I live on the 2nd floor and I cant do things like vacuuming without the downstairs neighbors being annoyed and banging on their roof trying to shut me up.Trash and recycling dont get emptied as often so for days you will see piled up recycling wondering when you can fit your recyclables in.Apartments are very old. Lot of painted over walls, cracks, wood floor creaking, etc.Overall its alright but could be better.more ...hide ...
