I been living here since a kid back in 98 Im now 35 great complex only thing about it is parking i feel like there needs to be two assigned parkings its hard to find parking when some of these cars dont like to move

The only downside is the high electric bills during the winter, as the units use electricity as their primary power source. The rent is very reasonable considering all of the perks. Barbara has been simply amazing! She is on hand for both repairs and communication regarding the complex.
