The apartments are comfortable, each having a large walk-in closet and a balcony or a deck. The only downside is the high electric bills during the winter, as the units use electricity as their primary power source. The rent is very reasonable considering all of the perks. Barbara has been simply amazing! She is on hand for both repairs and communication regarding the complex.
