But I felt better with my mom living there with this staff, who is no longer there. The temporary replacement person sent my mom a letter stating that her rent had not been paid. This company insisted a few years ago for the residents to pay their rent online. My mothers rent just cleared her bank account. This is the worse place & the owners do not care. The residents are just a tax write off for them. I asked this person to check her records again bc I know that my mothers rent has been pd. She lied & said she would & that she would call my mom. She did neither. She walked out the door as the clock struck 5pm. She passed me in the parking lot. I will be reporting this to whomever needs to be made aware. more ... hide ...
