The apartment was inundated with them. Whenever I switched on the lights, they would scatter into every corner. From the day I moved in until I left, it was a never-ending problem. Whenever I called maintenance for one thing, I had to call them again for something else. Since the new management, it took forever for them to come. My baby got heat rash before they could fix the air conditioner, which I was told had to be changed and repaired the year before but nothing happened. Every time I turned on the heater, the alarm sounded, and the fire department had to be called to my apartment multiple times. I have lived better in a third world country. If I could go back in time, I would choose somewhere else. It was the worst living experience that I have ever had. And this is only a few of the many issues I can discuss. If you decide to go ahead, be aware of the documents they might send in error. Document everything including your conversations on the phone and in person. The deceitfulness is real. They simply renovated an old apartment and rented it back. When I read the bad reviews, I thought it might just be people with bad experiences, but no, the place really is that bad.more ...hide ...

I needed a quiet, up dated and no bugs apartment . I got way more that. There is a peaceful atmosphere here. The cable company attached to the apartment is excellent compared to the cox I used to have. I am not gassing you up because if this place was raggedy I would warn you. I hate this place and as soon as I can I am out of here. The maintenance staff stinks! Ive been after them to finish a repair that they started 5 months ago. I also have a garbage disposal issue that they claimed that they replaced but 2 months later its starting to back up, affecting my neighbors also and now there is liquid coming up through the cracks of my floor boards in my kitchen floor. I have told them about the disposal issue weeks ago and then told them about the liquid coming up in the floor 4 days ago and NO ONE has taken the time to check it out. This is unacceptable and unhealthy. But they always want their rent when its due and dont hesitate to add charges. The landscaping crew are horrible and nothing is ever done satisfactory. I will move as soon as my lease is up. Dont consider moving to this facility because all they want is your money. Why cant these businesses just do what they need to do.more ...hide ...
