From the day I moved in until I left, it was a never-ending problem. Whenever I called maintenance for one thing, I had to call them again for something else. Since the new management, it took forever for them to come. My baby got heat rash before they could fix the air conditioner, which I was told had to be changed and repaired the year before but nothing happened. Every time I turned on the heater, the alarm sounded, and the fire department had to be called to my apartment multiple times. I have lived better in a third world country. If I could go back in time, I would choose somewhere else. It was the worst living experience that I have ever had. And this is only a few of the many issues I can discuss. If you decide to go ahead, be aware of the documents they might send in error. Document everything including your conversations on the phone and in person. The deceitfulness is real. They simply renovated an old apartment and rented it back. Horrible apartments Do not rent here Horrible condition they mislead tenants into what appliances actually come in the unit very old and poorly maintained building I did not even have a dishwasher A very unreasonable rent increase this year for what Horrible apartments Do not rent here Horrible condition they mislead tenants into what appliances actually come in the unit very old and poorly maintained building I did not even have a dishwasher A very unreasonable rent increase this year for what little they have to offer They do NOT have inunit laundry in most units and they do not provide a clean laundry facility on site let alone accessible There were 4 washers and dryers for 400 apartments and it is in a dirty little room with dust and lint everywhere and no flooring They advertise all these amenities but its a scam They invested a lot of money into fixing up the pool to attract new tenants meanwhile we went without hot water for 5 days in my buildings and they just detected multiple gas leaks from my unit and the fire marshal of Chesapeake is in an active investigation You would be better off living in your moms basement than living here Run away more ... hide ...
