Great repair experience

This place is overpriced and they make up damages and any other excuse to keep the deposit and charge extra I lived at that complex for 16 months I am glad I have pictures and even had my neighbor clean my apartment for me before moving outnMake sur This place is overpriced and they make up damages and any other excuse to keep the deposit and charge extra I lived at that complex for 16 months I am glad I have pictures and even had my neighbor clean my apartment for me before moving outnMake sure you take pictures before you move in and after you move out They try to scam you once you move out with false allegationsnnI will list just a few TRUTHFUL situations I felt my right as a tenant were violated at Cascade Apartmentsnn1Maintenance left my door unlocked and they arrived 20 minutes after I arrived Who knows how long my door was unlocked prior to my arrivaln2Its also a place that doesnt provide privacy They are constantly having an excuse to enter your space every month Invasion of space is what I call itn3Maintenance broke a water pipe in the restroom trying to fix a drip causing use to have no running water for over six hours during the start of COVID19 PANADEMIC 32020n4Parking is limited with the amount of residents that live there When the neighbor is having a gathering Say Goodbye to nearby parkingn5Thin Walls This is the place where you can hear the neighbor sing in the shower among other things So Beware u have been warnedn6MISLEADING I had completed my One year lease and was on a month to month verbal agreement There was NO signed contract They tried to charge me for breaking my lease What Leasen7Chris the manager is rude and unprofessional She is more interested in obtaining as much rent and damages so her quota for the month benefits her in her bonus n8Unprofessional They do not admit any wrong doing and place the blame on one anothernAlso keep in mind depending what shift your neighbors works there might be parking and get used to noise at all hours Save yourself the headaches and when you move out Otherwise say Goodbye to your deposit even when its left clean more ... hide ...
