I am glad I have pictures and even had my neighbor clean my apartment for me before moving out.Make sure you take pictures before you move in and after you move out. They try to scam you once you move out with false allegations.I will list just a few TRUTHFUL situations I felt my right as a tenant were violated at Cascade Apartments1)Maintenance left my door unlocked and they arrived 20 minutes after I arrived. Who knows how long my door was unlocked prior to my arrival.2)Its also a place that doesnt provide privacy. They are constantly having an excuse to enter your space every month. Invasion of space is what I call it.3)Maintenance broke a water pipe in the restroom trying to fix a drip, causing use to have no running water for over six hours during the start of COVID-19 PANADEMIC (3/2020)4)Parking is limited with the amount of residents that live there. When the neighbor is having a gathering. Say Goodbye to nearby parking.5)Thin Walls!!! This is the place where you can hear the neighbor sing in the shower among other things. So Beware u have been warned..6)MISLEADING - I had completed my One year lease and was on a month to month verbal agreement. There was NO signed contract. They tried to charge me for breaking my lease. What Lease???????7)Chris the manager is rude and unprofessional. She is more interested in obtaining as much rent and damages so her quota for the month benefits her in her bonus $$$$8)Unprofessional - They do not admit any wrong doing and place the blame on one another.Also keep in mind, depending what shift your neighbors works, there might be parking and get used to noise at all hours. The master bedroom closet is SMALL. The other bedrooms have bigger closets. Save yourself the headaches and $$$$ when you move out. He doesnt say a word to you when hes in your home fixing things and just walks off and doesnt let you know whats going on. The older one I believe lives here and hes always on some weird stuff. Literally stalks around like a creep. Constantly smoking cigarettes close to the building to where you cant even have windows open if youre worried about the smell coming in your home. The new management is doing a good job of making it a better place to live but I wish they would hire decent people instead of people who make living here uncomfortable. more ... hide ...
